Directions for use:

You may apply roller ball to temples, forehead, chest area, behind ears, and bottom of feet. Apply as needed to help relieve symptoms. 

Product Shelf Life: 

3-6 months, if not contaminated by the user. Please store in a cool/dry place. Do not leave in a warm area or in the sun.

This topical product is for adult use only (not for children or pets). Do not apply if you will be in the sun (may cause sun burn due to phototoxicity from some essential oils). If you are pregnant, have serious medical conditions, or sensitive skin do not use unless advised by your medical professional. Keep out of reach from children and pets. Do not ingest; this is a topical product only. Do not get this product in your eyes or into any other soft tissue membranes on/in the body (if there's a concern where gloves).

People with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredient below, should not use the product. In case you are in doubt or have sensitive skin/allergies, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

If an irritation occurs you may use vegetable oil or olive oil to clean off the irritated skin area. Then thoroughly wash the area with dish soap (preferably Dawn) and warm water.
